RETURNS

Merchandise in satisfactory condition and fit for purpose may be returned for refund, store credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by the original sales receipt. Refunds will be made to the original purchaser, in the original method of payment. No refunds or exchanges are available for personalised products.   

All returns must be authorised by us before sending merchandise back. Simply send request to enquiries@sannelondon.com within 30 days of the order’s delivery date. Merchandise marked sale cannot be returned.

Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of Sanne.

Original shipping fees are not refundable. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned. We require up to 5 business days of receiving the merchandise at the Sanne studio. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account.

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EC). It is the customer’s responsibility to retain copies of all tracking information and to ensure that the returned goods arrive with Sanne within the above stated timeframe. Please note that Sanne does not accept liability for returned goods.

When returning items, you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting or the relevant couriers airway bills and documentation. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and you are advised to arrange your own insurance. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage / transport where the item returned is faulty.



SHIPPING

All shipping services used by Sanne provide a tracking number. Please allow up to three business days (not including weekends or holidays) for us to process your order. Processing time is required so that we can review your order information and prepare it for shipping. Kindly note that dispatch times may increase during high demand periods.

We provide complimentary worldwide shipping.

UK and Europe: 1-3 Business Days

North America – USA, Canada & Mexico : 3-5 Business Days

Asia, Australia & New Zealand: 5-11 Business Days

Sanne will ship your purchase to all worldwide destinations subject to DHL delivery availability.
For shipments outside of Europe, please note that Sanne does not cover any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country.

Due to shipping restrictions, we are not able to ship to Post Office boxes. When placing your order, you must provide us with an address where our delivery service can obtain a signature upon delivery of your shipment.

All transactions are shown in British Pounds Sterling (£). All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication.

When you place an order with Sanne a confirmation of your order and the amount charged to your credit card, will be sent to the email address you have registered with us. This document will contain your unique order number and details of the items you have purchased. Please keep this documentation somewhere safe in the unlikely event you have a problem.
